1. ¿En qué consiste tu día a día (en relación al trabajo)?
Si no estoy en un viaje de trabajo, normalmente empiezo con un par de reuniones con los colegas de Bulgaria mientras conduzco mi auto hacia la oficina. Cuando llego, empiezo a responder a todos mis emails, WhatsApp, Skype y los mensajes de equipo. Entretanto, estoy revisando todos los planes y tareas que los equipos técnicos tienen y si necesitan algo adicional para ser agregado. Entonces puedo tener, o más reuniones con diferentes equipos desde nuestras oficinas o reuniones con clientes.
Algunos días almuerzo, pero honestamente, la mayor parte del tiempo prefiero saltármelo, porque me da más tiempo para avanzar con todas las tareas que tenemos. Cuando salgo hacia casa, trato de programar una o dos llamadas más, de esa manera puedo completar otras tareas durante el viaje de regreso 🙂
2. ¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de lo que haces?
La resolución de problemas y que esta industria es una industria que cambia superrápido y tú tienes que cambiar y adaptarte superrápido también.
Porque viniendo desde el lado técnico de este trabajo, tienes un constante flujo de problemas que viene hacia ti y nunca es aburrido y, ¡siempre tienes un nuevo problema con el cual luchar y tratar de resolver!
3. ¿Algún consejo para los lectores?
Siempre hay una solución para un problema. Muchas veces no vas a poder encontrarla y por eso siempre es bueno tener personas con las cuales puedes discutirlo y ellos pueden darte una perspectiva diferente y ayudarte a encontrar la solución. Esto para mí es aplicable tanto para el trabajo como para la vida.
4. ¿Cuáles considerarías que son tus 3 mejores habilidades?
1. Rápida Resolución de problemas.
2. Trabajador Tenaz.
3. Habilidades de trabajo en equipo – Probablemente esta es la más importante.
5. ¿Qué te motiva a crecer profesionalmente?
Yo siempre quiero ser el mejor en lo que hago y siempre busco formas de mejorar. Afortunadamente, nuestro negocio te da numerosas oportunidades para crecer y aprender muchas cosas nuevas y adicionar nuevas habilidades a tu hoja de vida.
6. ¿Si solo pudieras llevar contigo dos objetos a una isla desierta, cuáles serían?
¡Un panel solar y mi computadora! Diversión interminable!
7. ¿Si pudieras tener un superpoder cual sería?
¡Tengo dos deseos, jajaja! El primero sería ser inmortal y ver cómo la humanidad va a evolucionar. La segunda es leer mentes. Siempre he estado interesado en psicología y cómo piensa la gente, así que sería bueno ser capaz de ver los pensamientos de todos alrededor mío o solo de algunos extraños en la calle.

“Creo que estás confundido. Yo soy tu mejor amiga, incluso si aún no lo sabes — Nadia, en algún momento en el 2013, cuando estaba explicándole algo sobre mi “Ex mejor amigo”. ¡Estaba en lo correcto, estaba confundido, jajaja!”

1. What does your day consist of (work wise)?
If I’m not on a work trip, normally I start with couple of meetings with colleagues from Bulgaria during my drive to the office. When I arrive I’m starting to respond all my emails, whatsapp, skype and teams messages. In the meantime I’m checking all the plans and tasks the technical teams have and if they need anything additional to be added. Then I can have either more meetings with different teams from our offices or meetings with clients.
Some days I go to lunch, but honestly most of the time I prefer to skip it, because it gives me more time to advance with all the tasks we have. Whenever I leave for home, I try to set up one or two more calls more, so I can complete other tasks during the drive back 🙂
2. What do you like the most about what you do?
The problem solving and that this is an industry which changes super fast and you need to change and adapt super fast as well.
Because I’m coming from the technical side of this work you have a constant flow of problems coming your way and it is never boring and you always have a new problem to battle and try to solve!
3. What advice Would you give our readers?
There is always a solution to a problem. Many times you won’t be able to find it and that’s why it is always good to have people that you can discuss it with and they can give you a different view on it and help you find the solution. This for me is aplicable in work and in life.
4. What would you consider are your top 3 skills?
1. Fast problem solving
2. Hard worker
3. Team work skills – probably this is the most important one.
5. What motivates you to grow professionally?
I always want to be the best in what I do and always look for ways to improve. Luckily our business gives you a lot of opportunities to grow and learn many new things and add many new skills to your resume.
6. If you could bring only two objects to a desert island with you, what would you bring?
Solar panel and my computer! Endless fun!
7. If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
I have two desires hahah! The first one is to be immortal and see how humanity is going to evolve. The second one is mind reader – I’ve always been interested in psychology and how people think, so it would be a nice thing to be able to see the thoughts of everyone around me or just some strangers on the street.

“I think you’re confused. I’m your best friend, even if you don’t know it yet” – Nadia, somewhere in 2013 when I was explaining her something, about my “ex-bestfriend”. She was correct, I was confused hahaha!
